1. Where are you based out of?

Home base for me is Austin, Texas but I accept assignments and events throughout the great state of Texas and beyond.

2. What kind of equipment do you use?

I shoot with a Canon 5D Mk II, a wide range of high-quality lenses, and an external flash. I always bring a backup camera body.

3. Will all of our final images be edited?

Yes! I enjoy editing just as much as photographing - my editing style is clean and modern, with a little flair to match the mood of the photos.  Some photographers utilize filters on all of their images, which is too heavy-handed for my personal style. I opt for a look that is more natural and timeless, and only incorporate a heavier edit when the mood is right. I am happy to discuss any editing preferences that you may have ahead of time, and accommodate to best meet your personal style.

4. How many images should we expect to receive?

I deliver anywhere from 60-100 edited images per hour of coverage. I only deliver the best of the best so no blinking shots, duplicate images, or outtakes will be included. I do include many expressions of similar images, since you might prefer a particular image over what I would select.

4. When and how will we receive the photos?

My turnaround time for images is 3-4 weeks, and I deliver them in a password-protected, downloadable online gallery. Although the photographer retains copyright to the photos, all this means is that you cannot sell the photos for profit or use them commercially. They are yours to print and share in any way you please!

5. Do you offer prints and albums?

My rates do not currently include any albums or prints, but I highly recommend using Artifact Uprising and Blurb for creating a beautiful wedding album after you receive your wedding photos.

6. Can we arrange to meet in person and talk details?

Absolutely! I encourage and prefer it. If you are unable to meet me in person, I am happy to arrange a Skype or FaceTime date so we can chat details and hash out any lingering questions that you may have.

7. How do we finalize everything and book you for our wedding?

Once we have finalized all of the details and you are ready to reserve your wedding photography, I require a non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to make it official. The deposit is part of your quote and not in addition to it.  After the wedding is complete, I require the rest of the payment be fulfilled before the edited gallery is delivered.

7. What the does signed contract entail?

The contract is very straightforward, and nothing to be intimidated by! It lays out expectations and any details that we have agreed upon ahead of time. It mostly just makes both of us accountable for what we are guaranteeing each other in our terms of services.
